Qi Gong are health and fitness exercises that are practiced by millions daily to prevent and cure many diseases and ailments. They incorporate deep abdominal breathing, meditation and body alignment with mindful stretching. Qi Gong is one of the pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine where students learn to activate their own body's power to heal itself.

Tai Chi is the ultimate system for health and self defense. It is practiced for its power to prevent and cure many diseases and ailments. The slow gradual movements are rooted in ancient traditional Chinese Medicine to help reduce stress, increase balance, core strength and greatly improve overall health. Classes will explore either the 30 movement Tai Chi short form or the 109 movement Tai Chi long form and Tai Chi Push Hands drills which are 2-person drills.
