Qigong

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese system of exercise. It is the art of exercising the essence, energy and spirit of the human body, which in turn regulate the internal functions and organs of the body. Qi Gong is the combination of posture (body alignment), consciousness (body awareness) and vital energy (Qi) to relieve pain, strengthen the body, improve intelligence and longevity.

Taijiquan

Tai Chi, a shorten term for Tai Chi Chuan or Taiji Quan, is a true mind/body exercise. and internal Chinese martial art. The ultimate system for health, fitness and self-defense.
