Breathing technique and shaking explained

This is a great video my good friend Gayle shared with me.  It has detailed explanation of the lower dan tien and it’s function with respect to Qi and Qi circulation.  Also discussed is how shaking the body is beneficial to you and how it activates your body’s natural immunity defenses.

This is something that I have included in my practice and all my classes for the past dozen years as all my students know.  It’s nice to see the benefits laid out concisely in an easy to understand video.
