Happy New Year everyone!
With the new year comes the desire to do better for yourself. Mostly resolutions to be healthier and more fit. No surprise there. It just so happens that my New Year resolution is to lose the 15 pounds I gained during the pandemic and to kick my fitness level up a notch. If that sounds like you too, I have some news that might interest you.
I have a full array of Tai Chi and Qigong classes here at the studio and through Brookfield Parks and Rec. All classes are designed to increase your health, fitness level and your immunity to sickness and disease during these winter months.
The studio classes are happening now and accepting new students. The Parks and Rec classes start at the end of this month and go through the end of Spring. There are a few different classes being offered and all of them are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
