Intro to Tai Chi Qi Gong class starts this Friday evening.  This class is suitable for all participants, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.   Class starts at 6:30pm in the Center Elementary School gym on 8 Obtuse Rd.  I personally like this venue because it’s directly accessible from the parking lot, has one wall of windows to let in fresh air and light, and there’s plenty of room for social distancing.  Currently there are five participants registered so the class met it’s minimum and won’t be cancelled.  Hope to see you there!
