Brookfield Tai Chi studio has a newly expanded class schedule for the coming year!
The Tai Chi Quan classes have moved to 10am, and a new Qi Gong for Health class was added in the 9am slot.
In addition, Wednesday Tai Chi Qi Gong classes are now devoted to strengthening foundational movements and are most suitable for beginners and those looking to practice/perfect basic Tai Chi theory and movements.
Persons interested in remote learning will be able to join the 9am morning classes, Qi Gong for Health, and the Wednesday 10am Tai Chi Qi Gong class via Zoom.
