The Brookfield Parks and Rec classes will be delayed 1 week to allow the recent COVID surge to burnout making the class environment safer. Here’s the revised schedule:
Tai Chi Quan class starts Friday, 1/28 at 6:30pm and runs for 6 weeks. This class will introduce basic stretching and focus on Tai Chi theory and the first chapter of the Tai Chi long form. Suitable for beginners.
Tai Chi Qi Gong class starts Friday, 3/18 at 6:30pm and runs for 4 weeks. This class will focus on Qi Gong and the art of moving energy around your body. Students will be introduced to standing meditation and various Qi Gong exercises and Tai Chi movements.
