I have a full array of Tai Chi and Qigong classes here at the studio. All classes are designed to increase your health, fitness level and your immunity to sickness and disease during these winter months. Here’s a summary of changes:
- I’ve added a Meditation and Qigong class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am
- The Meditation and Qigong classes are now all available via Zoom from your location
- The Tai Chi and Qigong classes have moved to 10:30am during the week.
- Tai Chi Quan is offered in the evening on Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 9am and those Monday evenings when a Park and Rec class is not offered.
- As always, private instruction is available for individuals and couples in the studio or at your location.
The studio classes are happening now and accepting new students. All the classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
