Traditional Tai Chi comes to Newtown Continuing Education
Learn the Yang-24 Tai Chi form in 8 short weeks.
Based on traditional Yang-style tai chi, the simplified form has 24 unique postures and takes 4-6 minutes to perform, offering an introduction to the essential elements of tai chi. It offers numerous health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility, and strength, better sleep, and cardio-vascular health, while promoting relaxation and stress reduction. It’s a gentle, low-impact exercise suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Classes are held at Newtown High School in the dance studio
