Happy New Year everyone!  There are 3 new Parks & Rec classes to start off your New Year right! Tai Chi Quan for Beginners class in now 8 weeks long and we take a more in depth look at the Tai Chi short form.  Each 90 minute class also introduces the classic standing meditation pose

New Fall Classes with Parks & Rec!

I hope everyone has had a wonderful summer.  As the weather changes and the Fall season approaches, we too sometimes look for a change.  This Fall I’m offering two different classes, each one twice, so if you can’t make the first class you’ll have an opportunity to join the second class offering. Parks and Rec Tai Chi class starts this Friday at 6:30pm

Don’t forget to register for the new Parks and Rec class!   Tai Chi Quan class starts Friday, 1/28 at 6:30pm and runs for 6 weeks.  This class will introduce basic stretching and focus on Tai Chi theory and form.  Suitable for beginners. The class is being held in the Center Elementary School gym in Brookfield.

New beginner classes now available!

Brookfield Tai Chi is now offering the traditional Yang style 24 form or short form in the Monday and Wednesday morning classes.  It’s probably the most recognizable form as its the style that most people practice outside in the parks all around the world.
