Intro to Tai Chi with Parks and Rec starts this Friday @ 6:30pm

Intro to Tai Chi Qi Gong class starts this Friday evening.  This class is suitable for all participants, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.   Class starts at 6:30pm in the Center Elementary School gym on 8 Obtuse Rd.  I personally like this venue because it’s directly accessible from the parking lot, has one wall of windows
