The Student Resources section has been reformatted and updated!
The list of documents now contains hyperlinks that will bring you directly to the document in question. The password to access the resources has changed and will change periodically. It will be posted by the sign in sheet in the Brookfield Tai Chi studio, so when you come to class be sure to check for the new password.
The list is now grouped logically. The top of the list contains Tai Chi related documents covering the Principles and Theory, certain basic stances, and how you should think and feel during practice.
I urge you to read as much as you can and as often as you can on the principles and theory of Tai Chi. This will make your practice have more meaning and give you goals to achieve.
