This Saturday, April 30, is World Tai Chi & Qigong day where at 10am all practitioners throughout the world assemble in their associated locations and practice to celebrate the ancient healing arts of Tai Chi and Qigong. To honor this event, Brookfield Tai Chi will take part in this worldwide celebration Saturday at the studio.
Don’t forget to register for the new Parks and Rec class! Tai Chi Quan class starts Friday, 1/28 at 6:30pm and runs for 6 weeks. This class will introduce basic stretching and focus on Tai Chi theory and form. Suitable for beginners. The class is being held in the Center Elementary School gym in Brookfield.
Brookfield Tai Chi is now offering the traditional Yang style 24 form or short form in the Monday and Wednesday morning classes. It’s probably the most recognizable form as its the style that most people practice outside in the parks all around the world. The class is suitable for all levels especially beginners. Click here
