Brookfield Tai Chi is on the road in March with two wonderful exercise systems to keep you fit, healthy, and feeling young.

Lian Gong Series 1: Stress, Sprains & Strains
Lian Gong is an exercise system that combines orthopedic science and sports medicine.  It’s a varied system of 54 exercises.  This first series introduces 18 exercises that emphasizes correct posture and movement to address pain or discomfort in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, ankles and feet.  No experience necessary, beginners welcome.

Tai Chi Qi Gong: The Swimming Dragon
The Swimming Dragon is an ancient Taoist Qi Gong that has the power to improve our health, fitness, and wellbeing. It consists of a repeating, short cycle of movements specifically designed as a comprehensive care system for the internal organs.  In addition, it fortifies the kidneys, relieves neck, shoulder, low back and hip pain by benefitting the spine, nervous system and meridians. Lastly it greatly enhances the body’s ability to relax, reducing stress and the associated ailments.  No experience necessary, beginners welcome.
