Fall Tai Chi Quan class for Beginners

If you never took Tai Chi and were always interested or you’d like to experience it again, this class is for you!

Tai Chi Quan for Beginners class at Brookfield Parks & Rec introduces the classic standing meditation pose, “Embrace the Tree”, traditional qi gong stretching and the Tai Chi Quan short or ‘simplified’ form.  The short form is a collection of movements performed with slow, graceful form that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed!  Perfect for those looking to reduce stress and anxiety, and increase balance and leg/core strength.

Two different classes, each one runs for 6 weeks
Day: Monday     Date: 10/2-11/13 (no class 10/9)   Time: 6:30—8:00pm

Day: Friday        Date: 11/3-12/15 (no class 11/24) Time: 6:30—8:00pm
