New Parks and Rec class starts this Friday

It’s official!  Class will start this Friday at 6:30pm.  Don’t forget to register!   Tai Chi Qi Gong class starts this Friday at 6:30pm and runs for 4 weeks for $44.  This class will introduce deep breathing techniques, standing meditation and traditional qi gong stretching routines.  Suitable for all, experienced and beginners alike.  Come and enhance
