It’s here! The New (and improved) Summer class schedule.

Are you looking to get in shape? Feel healthier and put a spring back in your step?  Brookfield Tai Chi studio is looking for new students just like you!

According to the Harvard Medical Journal, “Tai chi is often described as “meditation in motion,” but it might well be called “medication in motion.” There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. And you can get started even if you aren’t in top shape or the best of health.”  Harvard Medical Journal (May 2022)

Brookfield Tai Chi offers 8 classes a week in the mornings, evenings and Saturday.

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:30am:  Traditional Yang 24-form for beginners, the style often practiced in the parks throughout China.
  • Monday/Wednesday 7pm: Wu style Tai Chi forms and principles for beginners.
  • Friday 9am:  Meditation and Qigong for Health on ZOOM.
  • Saturday 9am:  Advanced Wu style principles, the Quick form and Push Hands.
