I hope everyone has had a wonderful summer. As the weather changes and the Fall season approaches, we too sometimes look for a change. This Fall I’m offering two different classes, each one twice, so if you can’t make the first class you’ll have an opportunity to join the second class offering.
There are two, 6-week, Tai Chi Quan for Beginners classes. Each 90 minute class introduces the classic standing meditation pose, traditional qi gong, and the Tai Chi Quan short form.
Monday 10/2 -11/13, 6:30-8:00pm
Friday 11/3 – 12/15, 6:30-8:00pm
I’m also offering for the first time, two, 4-week classes, Liangong Series 1: Stress, Strains & Sprains.
Friday, 9/29 – 10/20, 6:30-7:30pm
Monday 11/27 – 12/18, 6:30-7:30pm
Liangong is an exercise system that combines orthopedic science and sports medicine. It’s a varied system of 54 exercises. The first series introduces 18 exercises that emphasizes correct posture and movement to address pain or discomfort in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, ankles and feet.
The classes are being held in the Whisconier Middle School Cafe in Brookfield.
