World Tai Chi & Qigong Day Celebration!!

This Saturday, April 30, is World Tai Chi & Qigong day where at 10am all practitioners throughout the world assemble in their associated locations and practice to celebrate the ancient healing arts of Tai Chi and Qigong.

To honor this event, Brookfield Tai Chi will take part in this worldwide celebration Saturday at the studio.  Please come with your family and partake in this truly unique healing art.  As a group we will be practicing an ancient set of exercises called Eight Pieces of Brocade and I will introduce you to standing meditation and a truly invigorating warmup session before we start.  At the conclusion of the group exercise I will demonstrate the simplified version of the Wu style Tai Chi form.

The celebration will be held outdoors and will start promptly at 10am.  Please arrive by 9:30 so that we can start on time.  Food and refreshments will be provided at the end of the demonstration for no cost to any participant.  Please come and enjoy yourself.

Brookfield Tai Chi studio is located at 105 Whisconier Road in Brookfield, CT, which is at the intersection of Route 25 and N Beech Tree Rd.  If the driveway is full there is more parking available around the block on Beech Tree road, which is the road behind and accessible to 105 Whisconier Rd.

Please call Sifu Vinny at (203) 470-4669 if you have any questions or concerns.
